My name is Jim Nishimura of Nishimura Realty & Appraisals. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser in Sacramento, California who is FHA approved.  Prior to this my company name was Akamai Appraisals, based in San Jose.  I am also very familiar with the San Francisco Bay Area.  I provide appraisals for:
